To me, coaching is all about enhancing your life in a way that feels right and good to you.  It’s about moving forward with action steps that fit into your lifestyle and give you the feeling of being in control of where your life is going.  In our work together, we will acknowledge your past and the history that has helped shape the person you are, but the main focus is on understanding where your life is right now and empowering you to create the future that you choose.

Option 1: a fun and quick chat

Step 2. Watch your email for questions from me. Before we hop on the phone, I’d like to know a bit about you and what you’re interested in.

Step 3. Hit “reply” to that email and answer the questions.

Step 4. At the scheduled time of your consult, we’ll consult! We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.

Step 5. Then we’ll get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.


Option 2 ~ A taster session

So often these days you find yourself arguing with your partner (or your ex), impatient with your kids, stressed with keeping the household going and unhappy at work.  Rationally, you know that you have a good life and that you should be happy and grateful, but you just can’t help the way that you feel.

There are times when you don’t even recognize yourself anymore, and worse than that, sometimes you don’t even like who you’ve become.  You’re feeling stressed, anxious and easily irritated, and your relationships with family and friends are suffering.  And when do you feel happy and hopeful, it only lasts for a short while until something or someone pushes you right back to the dark side.

You’re exhausted because there’s always a whirlwind of thoughts going through your head.
