It’s amazing how quickly you can find rejuvenation by unplugging from real life for a couple of hours, getting quiet and checking in with yourself, finding space to breathe and having in-person connections with like-minded people.

All retreats and workshops are focused on personal growth, self awareness and learning – yet with a sense of play, curiosity and fun. The big take away is to gain inspiration not only from the activities and practitioners but to come away with insight around your own journey; and listening and finding deep connections with each other and nature.

I believe that we learn best from our shared wisdom and experiences and through this connection we can discover a deeper sense of self.

September 8th: Pillars of Wellness

Wellness is not a picture in a magazine, a number on a scale, a social media post or your reflection in the mirror.

It is the way we care for ourselves, connect with others, engage with the world, listen to our bodies, and live in alignment with what matters most.

This workshop is an invitation to pause, notice where you are today, and discover where you may want to bring more energy, attention, and care.

September 15th: Creating Your Soul Collage Deck

This workshop will be an introduction to the Soul Collage technique of finding images that speak to you, picking the ones that resonant the most and creating our first card together. It’s a process of letting your intuition and inner awareness guide you.

The process can stop there at your first card or it can become a practice where you can create your full deck with suits and themes. Your Soul Collage deck can become an important part of your self-discovery journey.

September 22nd: Discovering (or Rediscovering) your Spirit Animal

This will be a fun and guided journey to find or get reacquainted with the animal or animals that have been with you on your life’s journey. By connection to your spirit animal, you can gain insight into self on many different levels.

It might be about rediscovering parts of yourself that you would like to connect with more deeply. It might be about finding some inner guidance to make a big decision. It might be about navigating change and relationships with grace. There are no right or wrong answers or ways of showing up, it’s about having a chance to just show up for yourself however that might look.

September 29th: Despacho Ceremony: A Practice of Gratitude to the Earth

I believe that we all have the power of healing within us and collectively it’s even more powerful. By offering gratitude to our natural surroundings and by deeply connecting to our own strength, we can truly help ourselves, each other and the earth find more balance.

A Despacho Ceremony is about creating this offering together, talking about what it means to us and going forward with more hope and positivity.

This workshop is an invitation to pause, notice where you are today, and discover where you may want to bring more energy, attention, and care.

The Details

When: 2 sessions offered each Tuesday starting on September 8th:

Mornings from 9:00-11:00 and Evenings from 5:00-7:00

Where: An intimate and beautiful retreat center in the Rivergate center, overlooking the Animas River

What to Bring: yourself and your sense of curiosity ~ everything else will be provided

Cost: any single workshop ~ $50, 2 workshop package ~ $90, 3 workshop package ~ $120. All 4 ~ $140
