“Roll in the dirt (or in this case, snow). It just feels good!”
When was the last time you did something just because it felt good? Not because you should, or needed to, or had to, but simply because it felt good?
Today I stayed in bed an extra 10 minutes, just laying there listening to the rain and the household slowly waking up. And you know what? It felt good!
Do one thing for yourself today that just feels good. Whether that means skipping around the block, dancing to your favorite song, soaking in a nice, hot bubble bath, singing at the top of your lungs or even taking a few minutes to sit and do nothing. And then, just like the horses do after they’ve rolled, shake off the dirt, kick up your heels and take off bucking!
